Description:
Siouxland cottonwood is a wildly fast-growing, cotton-less Poplar tree with a rounded head at maturity. Foliage is rust-resistant. This tree is extremely hardy and will grow in even the toughest soils with the proper care and planting. This tree does require annual pruning to ensure the tree keeps a solid form. This Siouxland Poplar tree does produce catkins around early spring.
